I found the breakfast selection excellent with a lot of options to choose from. the staff was very attentive and helpful at all times. the location was very convenient. It offered easy access to nearby attractions (easy walking distance to the city center).

helpful staff excellent service terrible position lacked amenities

the staff were very helpful. i received excellent service in the bar restaurant, charlie was always smiling and accommodating. the room was perfectly equipped to work.

the position of the hotel on a roundabout is terrible. i couldnt cross the road outside the hotel. the room lacked amenities. basic shampoo and hand-wash were about it.

i found the location worked well. the train station is within a reasonable walk of 15 minutes. the plentiful breakfast was well presented. the staff were friendly and efficient (they responded quickly to requests).
